Our products are produced using 100% natural raw materials.

Most of our pillows do not have any inner filling. But we also have pillows with inner filling.

Care instructions are included in the product description of each rug. You can easily wash your wool rugs in the washing machine. There may be minor changes in its structure as it is washed, which is what makes the rug unique.

Shipping Policy

Since your order will come to your location from Turkey; The size and weight of your order will determine the shipping cost for all international orders, this can be determined automatically when you place the item in your cart.

Since our products are handmade, its completion and preparation will affect the delivery time of your order. Your products usually arrive within 7-14 business days.

Please note that Zenfoni are not responsible for import fees, taxes, VAT or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.

When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of your package.

Returns And Exchanges Policy

  • Once placed, orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
  • In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that we at Zenfoni check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you and returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.
  • You need to return your product within 14 days. If all these conditions are met, you will have to pay the return shipping costs and repackage the product as it was shipped to you.

Disclaimer: All of our products are handmade, which means you may find slight variations in sizes, colours and designs.

Zenfoni are not responsible for missing packages and we have the right to deny a refund or credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. On receipt of your return, Zenfoni will send you a confirmation by email and process the refund using the same method of payment as the purchase.

Unfortunately, discounted products cannot be returned.
